About this opportunity

We are now looking for an intern, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager for Crown Bevcan EMEA, to support everyday recruiting and employer branding activities.

This will be a 6 month Fixed Term Contract (can be shorter according to availability of the selected candidate). 

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment related admin activities, including doing market research, using LinkedIn to identify potential candidates and booking interviews
  • Work on projects that support TA goals, including careers site development and research into new tools
  • Collaborate with the TA Manager and Marketing team to help create recruitment campaign content as required
  • Use social media and other communications tools, such as Glassdoor, Indeed and PageTiger to help communicate our employee value proposition
  • Support the TA Manager with data input and analysis  

 

About You

  • You have a creative, enthusiastic, and independent approach to work
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • You understand and are interested in communication tools and social media platforms
  • You have a passion for sustainability and the environment 

 

Desirable Skills

  • Data analytics / Excel skills
  • Experience with Adobe platforms
  • Marketing skills – copywriting, content creation, proof-reading, email campaigns etc.
