About this opportunity
CROWN Packaging European Division Services recruits interns for its various corporate services.
We’re looking for a Sustainability Data Analyst Intern to support the preparation and structuring of Crown Sustainability data for integration into our new ESG / Sustainability platform.
You will work closely with our EMEA/Global Sustainability team to collect, organize and load environmental data (energy, water, scope 3 data) into our platform and help build the foundations for decarbonization plans for the Beverage Can Aluminium in EMEA and other regions.
You will also support the team in preparing data points and narratives for the upcoming CSRD (EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) reporting (2025 /2026 transition years) and other Climate Disclosures.
Other activities may include supporting in analyzing data for CBAM (EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism), updating presentations with data progress etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and clean Sustainability historical data (mostly historical GHG scope 3 emissions)
- Ensure data consistency and readiness for upload into our Sustainability data platform
- Assist in identifying decarbonization levers based on emissions data and build Carbon Transition Plans
- Work with internal stakeholders to improve data quality and traceability
Profile:
- Background in Engineering or Business Sustainability or related field
- Strong Excel and analytical skills,
- Interest in ESG, carbon accounting, and sustainability in manufacturing
- Organized, curious, and comfortable working with large datasets
The internship is for approximately 6 months – ideally from June 2, 2025, and based in Saint-Ouen (93) nearby RER C station / metro 14 station.
This will be a paid position; salary will be disclosed after application.
