About this opportunity
CROWN EMEA Treasury department, our “in-house bank” department, is looking for a Senior Treasury Dealer, responsible for managing treasury operations and financing for EMEA entities, as well as overseeing foreign exchange and commodity hedging operations to support the company's strategic financial objectives. The role reports to the Treasury Director and is based in Saint-Ouen (close to Paris, France).
Your missions in Crown
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts, identify liquidity needs and optimize short-term investments and financing for the Group.
- Execute hedging instruments (foreign exchange and commodities) in compliance with the Group's hedging policy, upon management approval.
- Manage and optimize centralized treasury structures, such as cash pooling systems, netting or “in-house bank”, in coordination with subsidiaries and banking partners.
- Ensure regulatory compliance for group entities (EMIR, MIFID, KYC, etc.) and actively monitor financial regulatory developments.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly treasury reports for the finance department and management.
In this role, you will be in regular contact with the European Shared Service Centre, Country Finance Managers, other Finance departments and Group lending banks.
Job Requirements
- Graduated with a master’s degree in finance/treasury or equivalent with minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a Treasury department, in a similar position.
- Deep knowledge of short and long-term financing solutions, financial risk management and financial regulations.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or another European language is a plus
- A self-starter, at ease with numbers, with strong analytical skills you can maintain confidentiality of sensitive data. You are an effective communicator, with strong written and verbal communication skills, able to concisely provide in-depth explanation and generate insightful output. A team player, you enjoy being part of a diverse international environment. You always striving for high performance, using your technical skills effectively with a demonstrated emphasis on detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using the MS Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with financial software (e.g. LSEG Eikon, Bloomberg, FX All) is a plus
- Occasional travel may be required
