About this opportunity

We are now looking to recruit a Compensation and Benefits Analyst (apprentice) to join Corporate EMEA HR Team. Reporting to HR Director C&B, HRIS and international mobility the main purpose of this mission is to:

• Support delivery of Annual Processes (Executive Annual Salary review, Bonus campaign) and Provide support to HR community
• Coordinating Participation and submission of Total Remuneration Surveys
• Compensation infrastructure: update of salary ranges based on market data
• Ensure consistency of the grading system
• Support with implementation of EU Pay Transparency Directive
• Participate to review of current policies (i.e company cars)
• Provide ad hoc analysis and benchmarks
• Provide support with NAO France by providing compensation data
• Provide support with all C&B and HR Reporting activities
• Calculation of the profit French Profit Sharing
• Support with French Benefits management
• Ensure data quality in HRIS system

About you

MBA or Master Compensation and Benefits Student you are looking to develop your skills in Total Rewards Function.

• You can show proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all levels of the organization and ensure confidentiality.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through complexity and ambiguity.
• A keen eye for detail, with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
