We are looking for a Warehouse Fork Lift Truck Driver to come and join our team!

At Crown, we understand the importance of accuracy, efficiency, and safety in our warehouse operations. We are looking for a proactive Warehouse Fork Lift Truck Driver to support the smooth flow of materials and ensure our products are handled and dispatched to the highest standards. This is a shift-based role, where you will work on a 4 on 4 off rotational basis, working both days and nights.

Your mission in Crown

Within this role, you will report to Warehouse Supervisor to:

• Support stock‑take data entry and maintain accurate SAP records.
• Liaise with drivers, verify load details, and issue all required delivery and return documentation.
• Receive incoming goods, prepare outbound shipments, and communicate freight status as needed.
• Dispatch materials to the shop floor and manage the collection and storage of empty containers and waste.
• Inspect goods, count items against packing lists, and report any discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, check for damaged or outdated stock, and generate pallet labels when required.
• Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, and move materials across the site.
• Carry out routine FLT maintenance and support production with timely material supply.

About you

You will have experience in a similar warehouse or FLT based role, ideally within a manufacturing environment, and be confident operating forklifts and working with inventory systems such as SAP.  You will be able to independently prioritise tasks within your area, communicating effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. You bring a safety‑first mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A valid FLT licence are required.
