About this opportunity

Your work environment: We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator UK, based at Peterborough or Botcherby (UK), reporting to the Sales Manager UK. Within the Principal’s policies and instructions, the successful job holder will provide world class customer service to ensure orders are fulfilled in line with Crown’s commitments whilst ensuring SOX controls are in place and followed in line with Group and Company policies.

 

Your mission in Crown:

  • Manage SOX control requirements and reporting for the YBH process.
  • Manage SOX control requirements and central reporting for aged sales order monitoring.
  • Process P2P POs for SellCo costs via SAP.
  • Authorize and process Bill Hold (YBH) orders and ensure SOX compliance.
  • Input and maintain UK & Interco price changes via SAP and pricing sheets.
  • Control price entries and Monthly Sales Reporting through monthly reports, in liaison with Commercial Controller and Reporting Centre.
  • Address price-related queries internally and externally.
  • Raise and record supplementary invoices and credits; raise PARs for SellCo costs.
  • Raise pro forma invoices for pre-payment customers.
  • Support SSC with payment assurance activities to reduce the risk of customer overdues.
  • Provide artwork quotations and internal charge reports.
  • Provide monthly sales data and documentation for invoice queries.
  • Respond to new business inquiries and manage slow-moving stock communications.
  • Create new Business Partner accounts and ensure data compliance.
  • Offer customer support and handle supplier questionnaires and dispute management.
  • Support Commercial Director, Sales Manager, and team; arrange corporate events.

 

About you:
You have a Business Administration degree in Sales/Commercial or a Supply Chain background, with minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. You possess a comprehensive proficiency in MSOffice, (Excel) and a strong working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP). You are an effective communicator, both internally and externally, with good interpersonal and planning skills. You have excellent verbal and writing skills in English.  We are looking for a team player, with a high level of organization and administrative skills. Stress-proof, you are customer-oriented, with the ability to work to tight deadlines, with a flexible approach in your dealings.
