About this opportunity

We’re looking for a Front-End Engineer to come and join our team!

This is a shift based role, where you will work a 4 on 4 off rotational basis, working both days and nights. 

Your mission in Crown

In this role, you’ll be part of the engineering team, ensuring machines run efficiently, product quality is upheld, and operations remain safe. Your responsibilities include monitoring production, resolving machine issues, performing preventive maintenance, and driving continuous improvement across the department. 

About you 

• Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship (or equivalent) in Engineering
• Previous experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
• Strong commitment to health & safety
• A proactive, can-do attitude
• Drive for continuous improvement
