About the Role

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our team.

This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and professional environment, working alongside experienced professionals.

Main focus areas

• Logistics: support the team in implementing a new software for returnable packaging management to improve traceability, operational efficiency and document management: the intern will have the chance to understand import/export dynamics, logistic software development and hands on use, registration and monitoring of KPIs and corporate requirements
• Operations/Manufacturing: support the local team in improving the traceability and management of spare parts and installed machine components: the intern will have the chance to understand the dynamics of spare parts management, from a operational point of view, and their mapping and optimization for better decision-making and reduced machine downtime.
• Quality/EHS: support the local team in document management and review of existing procedures: the intern will have the chance to understand the dynamics of company standard procedures and their alignment to current regulations and company needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily tasks and projects within the Operations.
• Support team members with research, data analysis, and documentation.
• Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to ongoing initiatives.
• Learn and apply industry best practices under the guidance of a mentor.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive and eager to learn new skills.
• Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• English (B1 or comparable knowledge level)
