About this opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional at senior advisor level to join our manufacturing plant team in Osmaniye, Turkey. The role reports to the regional HR Manager and will require the HR Coordinator to work on-site. 

 

Main Responsibilities
•    Take an active role in Human Resources projects, executing all matters related to employees
•    Ensure HR practices are in full compliance with Turkish labour laws and regulations, providing guidance on legal implications of HR issues
•    Provide HR guidance to managers and employees on HR issues (performance management, talent management, development planning, compensation & benefits, organisational development etc.)
•    Develop and Support the HR budget, including detailed reporting and tracking of personnel costs and FTE budget
•    Manage and follow up the performance management and employment survey process
•    Prepare training budget, plan and monitor all the training activities
•    Prepare monthly and annual HR reports including key performance indicators
•    Support and manage time & attendance and payroll & benefit operations
•    Manage end-to-end recruitment process including updating job descriptions, posting job announcements, pre-selection of internal and external applications, hiring and orientation
•    Ensure the management of activities in areas such as cleaning, security, personnel shuttle, canteen within the scope of administrative affairs
•    Support all administrative tasks such as health & safety and quality management system requirements

 

Required Education and Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Industrial Engineering, or another relevant field 
 

Required Knowledge and Experience
•    Minimum 5 years HR experience in recruitment, learning & development, performance management, talent management, succession planning, etc.
•    Experienced with the processes related to supporting plant-based workers on the shopfloor and office-based staff in a manufacturing environment 
•    Strong knowledge of local HR laws, regulations, and best practice

 

Required Skills and Competencies
•    Fluent level of English (written and verbal)
•    Strong analytical skills
•    Very good communication and negotiation skills
•    Good command of MS Office applications
•    Preferably knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
