Main Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Prepare and issue the advertisements
- Collect CVs and conduct the first screening
- Prepare the assessment tests
- Conduct the initial interview for junior positions.
- Arrange the interviews with the managers upon agreement
- Upon selection prepare the relevant job offer
Training & Development
- Collect the company training needs when finalized
- Organize and administer the company training sessions with external trainers
- Ensure compliance with respective regulatory procedures for training cost reimbursement
- Follow up with Labor Authorities regarding the reimbursement
- Administer the inter-company training and the respective regulatory procedures for cost reimbursement
HR Support
- Provide HR advice and support employees, explaining procedures and policies in a timely effective manner
- Assist in the development of human resources’ procedures / policies and support the employees in the compliance of the codes.
- Insert and update data in the ERP system for maintaining accurate records in compliance with the central standards.
- Organize and maintain the department personnel files, ensuring full accuracy and confidentiality
- Compile, elaborate the elements for the monthly reports and submit them
