Accountant

Your work environment : This position is based in Korinthos, Greece, within a dynamic manufacturing facility operating in a multinational environment. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, offering a stable and structured working schedule. You will be part of a collaborative team, interacting with multiple departments.

Your mission in Crown

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for performing and follow up the accounting records of the US GAAP, Greek GAAP & Tax ledgers of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with CFAP and the company’s internal standards. You will work closely with various departments across the plant, supporting the business with accurate reporting and data analysis to drive informed decision-making.

In this role, you will participate in all key finance processes, such as month-end closures, budgeting, cost accounting, and compliance-related tasks. You will be a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders including auditors and public authorities. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our accounting processes and systems, ensuring data integrity and operational excellence.

You will actively support manufacturing accounting, GL entries, and other core finance functions. You’ll ensure adherence to internal controls, including SOX compliance, and will assist in performance analysis and reporting.

About you

You hold a university degree in Economics or Finance, and you bring at least 3- 5 years of experience in an accounting role within the industrial sector — ideally in a multinational environment. You are proficient in US GAAP and Greek GAAP, with hands-on experience in manufacturing accounting and cost analysis. Familiarity with SAP and strong skills in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) are essential.

You are detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical, with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. You are a strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Fluency in English is required. Experience with SOX audits and working with external auditors (e.g., PWC) is a strong asset.
