About this opportunity

We now have a vacancy for a HR and Payroll Specialist based in our Beverage plant in Izmit (Turkey), reporting to the Regional HR Manager.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Min 3-4 year experience is required in related fields
  • Having good experience about labor law, social security operations
  • Good command of both written and spoken English 
  • Having strong communication skills and being a good team player
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Excellent reporting skills, successful in time management
  • Experinced in payroll and ERP systems, Preferably GENOM, MEYER
  • Analytical and result oriented

  • Living in Izmit Area

Job Description :

  • Execution of all personnel affairs
  • Managing of all payroll process and related activities
  • Preparing monthly HR Reports
  • Following legal and social security activities
  • Preparing personnel files, including all legal and required documents concerning personnel affairs
  • Following-up and controlling benefit-related and legal transactions such as private health and life insurance, company and government private pension plans (BES), work accidents, medical reports, execution for debts
