We now have a vacancy for an HR Manager, based in Izmit (Turkey), The role reports to the General Manager. As a key member of the management team, the HR Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that the company is staffed with skilled, motivated, and properly compensated employees. This position will foster a safe working environment with harmonious industrial relations, supporting the company’s long-term business goals within agreed budgets.

Your mission in Crown:

HR Leadership & Compliance

• Drive recruitment, manpower planning, and headcount management aligned with business goals
• Ensure compliance with Turkish labour laws and Group standards
• Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel cost analysis and headcount variances

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Foster an engaged workplace through effective policies and procedures
• Oversee disciplinary, grievance and absence control processes
• Collaborate on incentive structures to enhance retention
• Promote open communication and implement employee-driven improvements
• Ensure timely Engagement Discussions for managers and supervisors

Training & Succession Planning

• Address skill gaps and nurture high-potential employees for future leadership
• Organize training programs, track LMS completion, and support Bevcan EMEA HR initiatives

Budget & Compliance

• Develop and manage personnel budgets, ensuring compliance with SOX, SMETA and internal policies

Health, Safety & HR Operations

• Maintain proactive Occupational Health services and a safe working environment
• Oversee HR and payroll administration, ensuring up-to-date personnel files and systems (SAP & payroll)

About you:

Education & Experience
• University degree in labour economics, industrial relations, business administration, economics or engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment with international exposure
• In-depth knowledge of Türkiye 4857 Labour Law
• Additional training in labour economics and industrial relations is an asset

Technical & Language Proficiency
• Fluent in Turkish and English
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an asset
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Türkiye
• The successful candidate will need to establish permanent residence in Izmit area
