Your work environment :
A vacancy has arisen within our Maintenance Team for an Electrical Supervisor based in Izmit (Turkey). Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for planning electrical maintenance activities, managing and supervising electrical maintenance teams in accordance with demand and Facility needs.

You are striving for continuous improvement in all aspects of our maintenance processes by actively seeking feedback and ways to improve efficiency and quality in your area.

Your mission in Crown

• Planning the electrical maintenance activities of the facility
• Detecting and fixing electrical faults
• Managing and supervising electrical maintenance teams
• Following and implementing new electrical maintenance technologies
• Making necessary measurements and reporting
• Performing regular checks of the electrical installation in the facility and all kinds of tools and equipment used
• Working in accordance with Crown's Health, Safety and Environmental Principles

About you
You are an electrical engineer with a minimum 5 years industrial experience, ideally with knowledge and experience of can-making process. You possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You have a logical approach to your workload and have the ability to organise and work autonomously whilst being a key member of the team. You need a pro-active, flexible approach.  With a safety mind-set, you are a self-starter, with problem-solving, organisation and communication skills.

Computer literate, with Excel skills at an intermediate level as a minimum, you have a working experience of an ERP (SAP).
