Your mission in Crown
- Manage the existing customer portfolio with a focus on quality to ensure sustainable satisfaction and long-term relationships. Maintain effective communication and coordination with relevant departments to improve processes and services.
- Monitor customer forecasts to achieve sales targets.
- Receive customer requests, evaluate them, and convert them into orders.
- Share confirmed orders with production planning and follow up on the process.
- Execute the preparation, planning, and tracking activities to ensure orders are delivered in the requested quantity and on time.
- Input and report monthly PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) data based on sales forecasts.
- Monitor past sales performance and stock levels to manage supply and sales planning.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer reports.
- Regularly follow departmental SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and update them when necessary.
- Follow up on monthly closing processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or Economics (preferably).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and customer service roles within international companies.
- Proficient in English (advanced level).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Strong skills in data analysis and reporting.
- Customer-oriented with strong communication and follow-up abilities.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Experience with SAP is preferred.
