Customer Services Administrator

Your mission in Crown

  • Manage the existing customer portfolio with a focus on quality to ensure sustainable satisfaction and long-term relationships. Maintain effective communication and coordination with relevant departments to improve processes and services.
  • Monitor customer forecasts to achieve sales targets.
  • Receive customer requests, evaluate them, and convert them into orders.
  • Share confirmed orders with production planning and follow up on the process.
  •  Execute the preparation, planning, and tracking activities to ensure orders are delivered in the requested quantity and on time.
  •  Input and report monthly PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) data based on sales forecasts.
  • Monitor past sales performance and stock levels to manage supply and sales planning.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer reports.
  • Regularly follow departmental SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and update them when necessary.
  • Follow up on monthly closing processes.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or Economics (preferably).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and customer service roles within international companies.
  • Proficient in English (advanced level).
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and reporting.
  • Customer-oriented with strong communication and follow-up abilities.
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Experience with SAP is preferred.
