Crown now has an opportunity for a highly motivated Accountant to join us in Izmit, Türkiye. 

This will be a site based role at our aluminium beverage can manufacturing plant.

Your mission in Crown

In this role, you will work closely with the Plant Controller to monitor the financial key performance indicators of the plant in accordance with the Group accounting rules, and local statutory requirements.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse budget and rolling forecasts
• Ensure reporting is delivered on time in full
• Monitor manufacturing costs and analyse variance against standard manufacturing costs  
• Support other plant departments to analyse their cost performance
• Control, alert, and implement corrective actions in case of identified financial issues
• Actively participate in driving continuous improvement in finance across the plant

Required Education and Qualifications

Degree in Business Finance Control / Accounting

Required Knowledge and Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge and understanding of costs and variances in accounting
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot, vlookup)
• Experience using SAP or other enterprise level ERP systems
