We have opportunities for Process Quality Analysts to support our ends line at Botcherby, which is one of Crown’s biggest plants in Europe. Planned ends volume for 2025 is currently 6 billion, we expect this to rise to over 8 billion with the planned investment, making this an exciting time to join Crown. With 3 can lines installed as well; our capacity is in excess of 1.5 billion cans with the potential to grow further.

Shift Pattern
You will work on a Continental Based Shift Rota, attending 2 x 12-hour days followed by 2 x 12-hour nights, then 4 days off. This pattern offers an outstanding work/life balance!

As a Process Quality Analyst you will:

• Ensure that all critical process control parameters are maintained within specification, and to ensure that all appropriate actions are taken to supply a quality finished product to the customer.

• Identify any variance to critical specifications and agree appropriate action with production and engineering teams.

• Provide the link between the Quality, Production and Engineering departments by analysing Statistical Process Control data in order to deliver support relating to the appropriateness of actions regarding non-conformance.

• Contribute as an integral part of the Quality Department resource, in order for the Site to achieve Compliance to all Industry / Crown Quality & Food Safety Standards and Controls (for example by performing internal audits within the internal audit plan).

The successful candidates will either be Degree level educated, or a qualified Engineer, with a proven quality background. Applicants should have in-depth knowledge of ISO Systems, Statistical Process Control, HACCP principles and Continuous Improvement techniques. Preferably you will have experience of working in a high-speed production environment although with these positions comprehensive training will be given to successful candidates.
