This programme is designed to recruit two engineers who will join the Amman plant and follow a structured, hands-on development journey aimed at preparing them for a variety of roles within Operations.
This programme emphasizes on-the-job learning, technical exposure, and      operational readiness, allowing participants to develop a deep understanding of Crown’s manufacturing environment from the ground up.

Programme overview

•    A structured on-site development programme within the Amman manufacturing facility.
•    Rotational exposure across key operational areas (production, engineering, quality, continuous improvement, and EHS support).
•    Practical, hands-on training directly on the shop floor.
•    Close collaboration with experienced leaders, supervisors, and technical experts.
•    A progressive learning path designed to build technical competence, operational understanding, and problem-solving skills.

Objective of the programme

The goal of this programme is to prepare engineers to integrate sustainably into Crown’s manufacturing operations, enabling them to progress into various operational positions based on business needs, performance, and individual strengths.
By the end of the programme, participants will be ready to take on responsible roles within Operations, contributing effectively to safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Timeline and Learning Journey:
The program is designed as a two-year structured learning cycle, providing participants with in-depth exposure to the can manufacturing process and preparing them for future potential operational leadership roles.

Who we are looking for
•    A degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).
•    Early-career engineers with initial exposure to a manufacturing environment.
•    Strong willingness to learn and develop within a plant-based operational setting.
•    Solid communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
•    A hands-on mindset, curiosity, and a strong sense of ownership.
