As the world leader in metal packaging technology, Crown Holdings Inc. produces innovative packaging products to consumer marketing companies around the world. 

We are looking for a Model and Service Strategy Stream Leader to work within the European Information Systems and Services department (EISS). This role will be based in Wantage, Oxfordshire.

The appointed candidate will lead the delivery of innovative solutions, business process design, system integration through modernisation rationalisation and master data governance.

You will be responsible for business and technical analysis while also required to design and document business processes, providing advice to the EISS Teams to ensure alignment with Crown processes and standards going forward. You will advise on best practices, provide the functional expertise on business requirements and participate in design decisions with regards to global ERP template.

It is important that the successful candidate is aware of the latest capabilities and emerging trends in SAP S/4HANA PP and PDM in a manufacturing environment. 

To succeed in this role, you will be educated to degree level in Information Technology, with a strong IT systems background.  Knowledge of SAP manufacturing and product data management with variant configuration is essential, while maintaining an interest in planning and product costing is beneficial. Interest in the manufacturing impact on the financial bottom line of the company will be considered advantageous.

The successful candidate will have strong problem solving and time management skills with a flexible and self-motivated approach. You will also have the ability to communicate at all levels both internally and externally to Crown. You have a positive attitude and a demonstrated ability to analyse complex ideas and learn new tools and technologies. You can demonstrate ability to contribute to interdisciplinary projects and are at ease collaborating cross functionally to review business processes and identify opportunities to minimize complexity and maximize efficiency.  

Experience with any of the following other modules would be an advantage: CO, WM, SD, PM, IBP as well as any S4/HANA implementation experience.
